TYS Carpet Cleaning Inc. is a Father/Son owned and operated carpet cleaning company. Originally founded in 1992, TYS has been providing incredible results for almost 30 years! Though we are based out of Sterling, VA, we service much of the DMV area.

The Process
We use what is commonly referred to as “truck mounted steam cleaning” which is a process of hot water extraction with water temperatures around 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Combined with a very powerful vacuum, carpet is usually dry within 3-5 hours.
